Are the Inflatables clean?

Yes they are, we always check our inflatables after every hire and clean them if needed. All we ask is that you ensure no food or drink are taken onto the inflatable and that any mishaps are attended to in order to avoid any damage.

What type of surface do I need?

For outdoor use, grass on a level surface is the safest. For indoor use, the area needs to be flat and free from sharp objects.

How much space do I need?

2ft extra either side of the inflatable, 5ft in front (to make it easy to get on and off) and 5ft behind the inflatable for the blower.

When will my inflatable arrive?

Within reason we will endeavour to meet the hirers preferred time. In the local area the earliest delivery time will be 9.00am, later in other areas. The latest pick up time will be 18.30 hrs (6.30pm) unless special arrangements have been made.

Is the equipment safety tested?

Yes all are our inflatables, Blowers & Extension leads meet current safety standards; extension leads are supplied with an RCD plug for your safety.

Are you insured?

Yes. We are fully insured for  £2,000,000 public liability cover and copies of the insurance certificate can be supplied on requset (only applicable to manned events).

Why dont we go through houses?

Inflatables when packed away are often bigger than expected, and so to move them we use a sack truck. Unfortunatly should it rain, water will get inside the inflatable and this tends to drain out whilst being moved.

Can you get up a flight of steps?

No. Because of the size and weight of the inflatables we cannot cope with a flight of steps, but one or two steps are achievable.

How does the castle stay up?

We use electric blowers, which stay on continiously whilst the inflatable is in use.

Can I pay by cheque, credit/debit card?

Sorry no, all domestic hires are on a strictly cash on delivery basis.

Do I have to be there when the inflatable is deliverd?

Yes, the hirer must be present to take delivery of and to accept responsibility for the castle and also to provide two forms of identification i.e. utility bill, driving license etc.

How long do I get the castle?

You can have the castle for a few hours or all day, the price remains the same.

How much does the castle cost run ?

An average size castle will cost approximately £2.00 for a days use.

Can adults use the inflatable?

Sorry no, our castles each have a specific age limit for safety and insurance reasons.
